If your uploaded digital signature is not appearing on your notes, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

1. Incorrect File Format

Your signature image must be uploaded as a .jpg or .png file.
PDF files are not supported for digital signatures.

For step-by-step guidance on creating a proper signature image, please see our article: 'How do I create a digital signature?'

2. Signature PIN Was Recently Reset

If you recently reset your signature PIN, you will need to re-upload your signature image.
Assigning a new PIN clears the previous signature file, so uploading it again is required before it can appear on notes.

Note: Your digital signature will not show on the preview of the SOAP/Exam note. The signature will only display on a signed note.
