Why do I get an error when uploading files to a patient's medical record?

ChiroFusion only accepts PDF, PNG & JPEG formats. If you attempt to upload another file format, you will receive an error.

The maximum file size of an image that can be uploaded is 10MB. If your file is larger than this, we recommend using file compression software to reduce the file size while maintaining quality.
