Secondary Claims 'Filed' status option: Choose to file a Secondary claim or auto-mark as filed

In ChiroFusion, you have the option to physically file a secondary claim, or simply auto-mark it as filed.

When Medicare is the Primary Payer, they will automatically forward your claims to the Secondary Payer, thus eliminating the need for you to file the Secondary claim yourself. 

You now have the option when posting a Primary payment, to mark a Secondary claim as filed and simply await payment from your secondary payer. Alternatively, you can opt out of the auto-mark 'Filed' status and physically file the Secondary claim yourself. See video below for instructions.
