How do I set up a Self-Pay fee schedule for my cash patients?

There is no need to create an additional fee schedule for cash pay patients.

All patient accounts in ChiroFusion are set up using the "default" fee schedule. If a patient does not have an insurance policy attached to their profile, the profile will automatically pull from the default fee schedule in Billing.
