To view all charges for a specific patient, including older encounters and those that may have been archived, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Billing > Patient Accounting > Patient Accounts.
  2. Change Archived Views to View All.
  3. Click Filter Table.
  4. Remove the From date by clicking in the field and pressing Backspace.
