Exporting and printing patient medical records

This article covers the steps to export and print, or fax a patient's complete medical record.

ChiroFusion gives you the ability to export a patient's entire medical record as a single PDF file. After exporting, you have the option to print the downloaded file, fax it (requires e-fax), or send it via email to a third party.
